Loose is the collector term for a figure out of its retail packaging. Loose · New figures are new and come without the retail box; Loose · Pre-Loved figures were previously owned and also come without it. Pre-loved figures that do have their box are labelled just “Pre-Loved”.

Without bulky retail packaging, a figure can cost less to ship and bring in. Where we save, we pass that on. Where the same figure is also in our catalogue boxed, the card shows both prices so you can see the difference.

Previously owned. Pre-loved figures come from collectors — through trade-ins with us, or listed by Vault members on the Vault Exchange, where you buy through Bazinga escrow.

Each listing says what's included. If a listing says “not stated”, ask us before buying and we'll confirm with photos.

Photos marked “Photo of this exact unit” show the piece you'll receive. Otherwise they're product photos — and we send real pack photos of your exact piece on WhatsApp before dispatch.

In protective shipping packaging, sent with an insured, tracked courier. The retail box is the only thing a loose figure leaves out.

Record a continuous video while opening your parcel — it's required for any damage, missing-item or wrong-piece claim. See damage claims & returns.
