CONTENT & CREDITS
How we use third-party content
When we show a video or post from YouTube or Instagram, we embed it through the platform's official player. We don't download, edit or re-upload it, and every item carries a credit and a link to the original. If the creator deletes or hides it, it disappears from our site too.
Visual reference only
Third-party videos and posts are embedded for visual reference only. All rights remain with their creators and rights holders. Inclusion does not imply endorsement of the content, creators or featured products, or any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
Trademarks
BazingaToyz is an independent retailer. Brand, character and product names belong to their respective owners and are used here to identify the products we sell. No affiliation with or endorsement by those owners is implied unless we say so.
Content you share with us
If you send us photos or videos of your collection and we feature them, you're letting us display them on our site and social pages with credit to you. You can ask us to remove them at any time.
Own something we've featured?
If you're a creator or rights holder and want something credited differently or removed, email [email protected] with the link and the subject "Content removal". We'll act within 48 hours.
