Order Changes & Replacements
- Order Changes: Changes to orders or replacements must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refund & Cancellation
- Cancellation Processing Fee: For cancellations, a 5% processing charge plus applicable GST will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Pre-Orders are on Non-Refundable Deposit (NRD): If an order is canceled, any non-refundable deposit (NRD) will be forfeited.
- Shipping Charges: If an order is canceled after it has been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–9 working days from the cancellation date.
- Special Brand Deposits: For brands such as Sideshow, Hot Toys, Prime 1 Studio, Threezero, and Queen Studios, a non-refundable deposit of 25-35% is required. This deposit will be forfeited if an order is canceled.
Replacements
- Manufacturing Defects: Replacements for manufacturing defects are available (If Product is available in stock). Products must be shipped back in their original packaging for evaluation.
- Return Condition: Replacements will only be processed once the original product is received in its original condition. Damaged or tampered items are not eligible for replacement or refund.
- Sale Items: Sale items are non-exchangeable, non-replaceable, and non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Unboxing Documentation: Video documentation during unboxing is mandatory for dispute resolution.
- Opened Packages: No returns or refunds are accepted if the product’s seal or package is opened.
- Shipping Documentation: We share images of products before shipping to avoid conflicts. Customers may request photos or videos before dispatch through our Customer Care (WhatsApp: +91 9372008475).
