This Privacy Policy describes how EatFitGo Food Pvt Ltd (“EatFitGo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit our website (the “Site”), use our mobile application, place an order, or otherwise interact with our services.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we do not process the personal data of children in any manner likely to cause detrimental effect on their well-being, and we do not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children. We use your Personal Information to provide our services to you, which include: offering food products and meal plans for sale, processing payments, preparing and delivering your orders, handling refunds and complaints, improving our menu and service, and — where you have consented — keeping you up to date on new products, offers, and services.

Where you tell us about an allergy, intolerance, or dietary restriction, we pass that information to our kitchen and packaging teams and make reasonable efforts to honour it. However, our kitchens handle a wide range of ingredients — including milk, nuts, soy, wheat, eggs, fish, and shellfish — and we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free of traces of a given allergen. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. Nutrition and calorie figures shown on the Site are estimates based on standard recipes and may vary between batches.
